The basic premise of the "X-Change Pill" is that there is a little pink pill called X-Change that can transform your body to the opposite sex, by default ("Basic") lasting 8-24 hours and preventing pregnancies. Variants include X-Tra Strength and Resistance. By convention, these captions follow a very particular format and visual style, as you'll see.
